Participant Requirements & Conduct
Bring appropriate gear/clothing as per the packing list (to be provided before departure). Pack light when possible, especially if traveling by train or in areas with limited mobility.
Valid passport or necessary travel documents must be held by each traveler, valid at least 6 months after return date (when traveling internationally).
Travelers must be physically able to handle moderate activity: walking up to 5-7 miles per day, including on uneven terrain or cobblestones; carrying their own luggage; navigating stairs when needed.
Be prepared for changes — itinerary, schedule, accommodations, or transport may change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, vendor issues, local regulations, etc.).
Respect the group, local customs, guides, and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the tour without refund.
Be open to new experiences, including local cuisine. We are unable to cater to any dietary restrictions.
Legal and Liability
The organizer, Sheila Curated, acts as the trip operator — you coordinate accommodations, transport, activities, and services, but are not responsible for passenger airfare, transfers to/from airports, or individual travel documents.
The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary (or the entire trip) if necessary — due to external factors beyond control (weather, transportation disruptions, regulatory changes, etc.).
Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance (medical, baggage, cancellation) and adhering to any relevant visa or passport requirements.
